GHSA Softball: Crisp routs Westover; Americus-Sumter outscores Dougherty

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

CRISP COUNTY 15, WESTOVER 0- F/4

The Crisp County Lady Cougars stay perfect in Region 1-AAAA with a 15-0, four-inning win over Westover Friday.

Crisp was aggressive on the basepaths from the start, scoring their first run of the game on a double steal.

The Lady Cougars head outside of region play next, traveling to Kathleen to play Veterans.

AMERICUS-SUMTER 20, DOUGHERTY 17

Runs were of no premium for the Lady Panthers and Lady Trojans Thursday.

Americus-Sumter picks up the big road victory, 20-17.

The Lady Panthers host Kendrick on Monday.
