This morning, we are working to learn more about exactly how a woman died after her body was discovered in Henrico County's West End. Her body was discovered in a common area behind apartments at the Kings Crossing Complex Thursday.
In just a few hours a woman accused of animal cruelty will find out whether or not she can keep her more than 70 dogs. Annette Thompson was charged with five counts of animal cruelty back in April, after five dogs in very poor condition, were put down. Those charges have been put on hold. Thompson is appealing a judge's ruling to take the remaining animals off of her property. We learned yesterday that prosecutors and Thompson have reached an agreement,
