Mud Hens fire manager Nevin

The Toledo Mud Hens have informed manager Phil Nevin that his contract won't be renewed for next year.

This was Nevin's third season with the Mud Hens.

Nevin was a former Detroit Tiger and Major League All-Star.

The Mud Hens have the second worst record in the International League.

There is no word on his replacement.
