(RNN) – College football is a stressful business with heavy demands and expectations on the head coach. And sometimes little things like a cell phone at a team meeting can send an already stressed-out coach over the edge.
Or at least, that's what Nebraska Cornhuskers Coach Bo Pelini wanted his team to think when a staged call interrupted a fall camp team gathering.
When Thad Randle's phone rang, Pelini stormed out of the room, letting the tension hang in the air, before returning, commandeering the phone and banging it with a hammer.
"I've had it," Pelini tells the team.
Randle, a 6'1", 290-pound defensive tackle, stormed out of the meeting, and Pelini followed, saying "I'll handle it. I got it."
The sound of punches being thrown in a nearby hall rang through the auditorium.

In exchange for being pranked, the team got a movie day instead of having to practice.
