VSU alleged hazing case

Good morning from Gray. Here's a look at some of the stories you will want to catch before you leave the house on 12 News Today.

Three of the men charged in the deaths of two VSU students, allegedly from hazing, are due in court today. The trio, along with another man, are accused of pressuring Marvell Edmondson and Jauwan Holmes to cross the Appomattox River. The two were caught up in the current and died.

Also expected in court later today, a Richmond teacher accused of driving while impaired. Danica Millner was arrested on a the charge back in June. The Richmond teacher was stopped along Boulevard and Ellerslie Avenue. Officers say they spotted her car going 61 in a 40 mile per hour zone. Millner received an award for teaching excellence in 2011 for her work at Richmond's Thomas Jefferson High School.

New overnight, explosions rock a propane plant in Florida. And we're learning that all of the employees working there are accounted for.

Later today we will learn the fate of the soldier charged with leaking classified documents to Wikileaks--which could be life in prison. Army private, Bradley Manning is charged with 21 counts of leaking more than 700 thousand government documents to Wikileaks.
