A new twist is developing in the case of a man accused of killing a Colonial Heights couple.
Starting this week, prosecutors will argue if DNA evidence can be used in Matthew Brady's murder trial. Police say he murdered 80-year-old Evelyn Bland and her 84-year-old husband Joseph.
Investigators found the couple in their home back in January 2011.
The court's should make a decision on use of DNA evidence by the end of the week. A trial is set for next March.
