A Henrico man accused of killing his 86-year-old mother-in-law in Lynchburg will have to stay in jail until his trial in October.
A judge denied Scott Miles bond this week. Miles was arrested at in Prince George County after his mother in law, Lynda Slocum was killed last year in Lynchburg.
