GLEN ALLEN, VA (WWBT) -

The man wanted in connection with a Glen Allen shooting was arrested at a Henrico gas station Sunday morning.

Justin Shaw, 22, was arrested at the Wawa near Brook and Mountain roads at 4:11 a.m., according to Henrico Police.

Officers spotted a maroon SUV they believed Shaw was driving in the Wawa parking lot, leading to the arrest. Shaw's now being held at the Henrico County Jail without bond.

Police say Shaw shot a man after getting into an argument Friday night on Rebel Road, which is a gravel drive right off Greenwood Road in Glen Allen.

A relative of the woman who lives at the home says the shooting happened during a birthday party. Neighbors say trouble on Rebel Road is uncommon. Police rushed there Friday night after getting a call that Shaw shot another man.

"It really kind of surprised me because I didn't really hear anything," said Robert Estes, who lives on the same street and said cop cars closed off part of the driveway as police canvassed the woods and collected evidence. "I don't know them to be aggressive or anything like that. As they drive up and down the driveway occasionally a hand will come up and they'll wave."

Shaw got into a fight with his sister's fiancé, then went inside the home and grabbed an AR-22, police said. Officers were first called to the Parham Doctors' Hospital around 8:30 p.m. They said the victim was shot in the leg.

Estes said he heard about the shooting from a friend and that it is still a shock for what's usually a peaceful gravel drive off the main road.

"It's kind of quiet," said Estes. "It's a driveway. There are seven houses in it. We see neighbors come in and out. It's really a quiet place."

According to a relative, the couple who lives at the home has at least 4 kids. There's no word if those children were home at the time of the shooting.

The victim who was shot is expected to be okay, according to officials.
