HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Dr. Patrick Woodward is helping patients with swimmer's ear.
With all that water, some of it is bound to get into and sometimes trapped in our ear canals.
That water can grow bugs and yeast easily - that is swimmer's ear.
Try putting a few drops of a mixture of rubbing alcohol mixed 50-50 with white vinegar in your ear after swimming. If you develop a painful, draining or stinky ear, contact your family doctor.
