Man arrested in violent Culpeper stabbing

CULPEPER, VA (WWBT) -

Culpeper Police have arrested a man who they say was involved in a violent stabbing at a convenience store.

34-year-old Joe Cannon Pulled has been charged with one felony count of malicious wounding.

Police say around 10 Monday night, they responded to a 7-Eleven for a report of a stabbing. Police discovered two brothers suffering from cuts. Both brothers were taken to the hospital.

Police say Pullen was arrested Tuesday morning without incident. Pullen was also charged with outstanding arrest warrants for failure to appear in Culpeper County and Fauquier County juvenile and domestic relations courts.

Police say the investigation is ongoing, and more charges could be filed.
