Breaking News: A fatal crash has shut down parts of Interstate 95 in Caroline County. The center and right-hand lanes going north-bound are closed, just south of the Ladysmith Exit. State police say just after one o'clock this morning , two cars collided there killing one person and injuring four more.
In just two hours, water rescue crews will continue their search on the James River for a teenage boy. The current swept the young man away yesterday afternoon.
