'RVA Cares' benefit concert at Innsbrook Afterhours Wednesday

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The Innsbrook Foundation is hosting "RVA Cares" at Innsbrook Afterhours Wednesday.

This special concert will feature four bands and a family festival in recognition of the families devastated by the Oklahoma tornados.

On May 20th, an EF-5 tornado hit Moore, Oklahoma, killing 23 people and injuring more than 377 others. Nearly 13,000 homes were destroyed or damaged in the storm.

The benefit concert will include food and beverages, along with moon bounces, pony rides, and face painting for the kids.

The concert starts at 5 p.m. and runs through 9:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $5, or at the door for $10. Proceeds will go to the Moore and Shawnee Tornado Relief Fund, established by the Tulsa Community Foundation.
