Plus, this morning family and friends of a four-year-old Richmond boy, are remembering the child after he was killed in Maymont Park during the storm.
This morning a Henrico man is facing charges. He is accused of growing marijuana in his home! He is also accused of child neglect. It was a tip involving unsupervised children that led police to this drug bust.
We've learned one driver has been charged in connection to the crash involving a Richmond city school bus. 10 Elkhardt Middle School students had to go to the hospital after their bus was rear-ended by another vehicle. The driver of that vehicle is charged with failure to yield. Richmond police say the students only had minor injuries. This happened at the intersection of Hull Street and Hey Roads.
