A major report on how to restore voting rights for non-violent felons in Virginia is set to come out Tuesday.
Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is set to release some of the findings from that report, but according to the Virginian Pilot, the report will recommend that a state agency be in charge of the process to review applications for voting restoration rights for felons.
Currently, the applications are processed and reviewed one at a time by the governor's staff.
