Breaking: Teen shot in Richmond

Breaking overnight, a teen is shot multiple times, and Richmond police are trying to figure out what happened. The shooting took place in the 75-hundred block of Drumheller Drive. The victim is in crucial condition at Chippenham Hospital.

Also Breaking, two runways were forced to close at London's Heathrow after an incident on a British Airways plane. We will keep you posted on any new developments.

Developing this morning, changes are coming to The Boy Scouts of America. It has decided to allow openly gay Scouts but not gay Scout Leaders.
