The VSU student government president accused in a hazing incident heads to court Thursday.
Lawyers for 22-year-old Brandon Randleman are expected to ask a Petersburg judge to drop the guilty plea he entered last month, which he says was pressured.
According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, Randleman says a prosecutor told him he wouldn't graduate if he didn't do as she directed.
His lawyers also want that prosecutor, her office, and the judge who heard the case to be banned from hearing any more on this case.
