The trial begins Monday for the mother charged in the death of her 2-year-old son. Ashley Williams' son, D'Sean, weighed just 14 pounds when he died of starvation and dehydration.
Williams originally pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter and felony child abuse, but just before sentencing she took back her plea. She is now fighting the charges.
The Times Dispatch reports, Williams has been back behind bars for the past month after testing positive for cocaine for a third time this year.
