Less exercise is being done by patients with hypertension, diabetes and obesity.
You need to do indoor aerobic and weight exercises often.
If you do not have exercise equipment, calisthenic exercises are a good option. Push ups, sit ups and jumping jacks are great calisthenic exercises that are great for your health. Do them slowly but for several minute intervals.
