This morning, there will be a rally in Richmond over a controversial resolution to let gays in the Boy Scouts. It's all part of a nationwide rally being put on by a group who opposes the change.

A traffic alert for drivers who find themselves downtown at lunch hour. The State GOP Convention is today at the Richmond Coliseum. It starts today and continues into tomorrow. On the agenda, nominating a candidate for Governor, Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General. Governor Bob McDonnell will not be there.

Federal authorities have arrested a man in Idaho on terrorism charges. Law enforcement in Boise say a 30-year-old Uzbekistan National is facing some serious charges this morning. Police say he had been distributing videos on how to make explosive devices.

Also this morning we're learning about the note that one of the Boston Bombings suspects wrote inside a boat, while hiding from police.
