Renovations are underway at the Prince George Terrace Apartments after tenants were kicked out because the units had plenty of plumbing problems, raw sewage, and mold.
That's according to the Hopewell News and Patriot, a plan to fix the sewage problem has also been submitted the city.
A city worker overseeing some of the renovation applications tells the paper that more must be done to address the plumbing concerns before residents can move back in.
