The Chesterfield officer involved in a deadly shooting has been cleared of any wrong-doing.
This is according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch. This all began back in December. That's when officers showed up to Brian McDaniel's Surrywood home to issue some warrants.
McDaniel had a long wrap sheet of assaulting officers and even his own relatives. Police say McDaniel was shot and killed when he refused to put down his weapon.
