This morning, divers hope to find the second body of a missing VSU student. Teams discovered one victim in the Appomattox river yesterday afternoon. We're also learning why a curfew was suddenly put in place following a vigil for the two men.

This morning we're learning new information about the surviving suspect in the terror attacks on Boston. Federal leaders say Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother appear to have been motivated by their religious views, not any connection to any Muslim terrorist groups. We're also getting new images into our newsroom overnight of the moments just before the blasts.

This morning we've learned that former Congressman Anthony Weiner has returned to Twitter. You may remember about two years ago he accidentally tweeted a lewd photo of himself, which led to his political downfall. Weiner's new account, is fueling speculation that he may be planning a run for New York City Mayor. He already has nearly 68-hundred followers.
