This morning we've learned that former Congressman Anthony Weiner has returned to Twitter. You may remember about two years ago he accidentally tweeted a lewd photo of himself, which led to his political downfall. Weiner's new account, is fueling speculation that he may be planning a run for New York City Mayor. He already has nearly 68-hundred followers.
