Bombing suspects' uncle in MD says "I'm sorry"

The uncle of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects told reporters from his Maryland home that he's sorry if his nephews were the bombers.

Ruslan Tsarni lives in Montgomery County, MD. FBI agents and Montgomery County police spoke to the family Friday morning.

Neighbors tell NBC Washington the family has lived on the street for five to seven years. They said the family is pleasant and there have never been any problems in the home.

Tsarni told WBZ-TV he was sorry if they were responsible for the blasts and expressed his surprise at news of their possible involvement.
