The Chesterfield man accused of setting fire and spray-painting a racial slur, on his own home will be in court Wednesday.
41-year-old Olander Cuthrell has been charged with two counts of felony arson. Cuthrell told us a few weeks ago that he and his family barely made it out of their burning home alive. Cuthrell's neighbors even helped him clean his property.
Police say the church minister set the fire himself.
Cuthrell will be in a Chesterfield County jail until his court date.
