Goochland County threatened to stop construction of the new Benedictine High School, even though plans call for the school to open this fall.
According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the county is concerned about how the school plans to relocate the school from Richmond to Goochland.
The county tells the paper that the school is accused of four county violations so far. Meanwhile, the paper reports that a new legal motion that opposes to school's move was filed by nearby property owners.
