Christopher Marshall is telling his patients to keep an eye out for red flags in their cognitive abilities.
These can include misplacing important items, getting lost en route to familiar places, or difficulty making routine decisions.
Stay cognitively active by reading, doing crossword puzzles, word games, home maintenance projects and arts and crafts.
If friends/family, or even you have concerns, get evaluated ASAP. It might be easily fixable, but the sooner the better.
