A Medical Examiner has identified the human remains found in Stafford County, and police have arrested two people in connection with the case.
The remains have been identified as Jason Plaster. 31-year-old Plaster was reported missing by family members in July 2007. Early investigation shows that Plaster died from gun shot wounds.
44-year-old William Hughes and 49-year-old Stuart Sullivan have been charged with first degree murder and one count of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Both men are being held at the Rappahannock Regional jail without bond. Additional charges are pending.
