Dr. Patrick Woodward is treating upper respiratory infections that start as allergies.
They usually starts as sore throat, then dry cough, then congestion and then finally face pressure or pain.
It all starts with mucous. Mucous is a mix of proteins and sugar that the body makes to protect it from attacking viruses and other bugs and pollen.
So the treatment is to get rid of, or at least to thin the mucous as much as possible so it doesn't become a swamp in the sinuses. This can be done by drinking lots of water and trying antihistamine or over the counter decongestant.
