Breaking news: Three people are dead following at shooting at Marine Corps Base in Quantico. Police say the shooting happened on base around 11 last night. When one Marine was shot, that led to a standoff between police and the suspect. Once police entered the barracks where the suspect had barricaded himself, they found the suspect and a second victim dead from gun shot wounds.

Plus, if you travel the Hugenot Bridge, expect delays. Only one lane will be open for five hours today. Walls are coming down on the bridge. We will let you know what this means for your morning commute.

This morning Richmond is bleeding Black and Gold! VCU wins big against Akron 88 to 42. With this win, VCU moves on to play Fourth Seeded Michigan this Saturday for a spot in the Sweet 16. VCU isn't the only Virginia college in the Big Dance, the JMU Dukes take on Indiana today at 3:15.
