RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Richmond Police have made an arrest in the deadly shooting of a man in the city's East End.
Officers arrested Cierra Brockenbrough, 27, on Thursday and charge her with conspiracy to commit murder in connection with the shooting death of Dwayne Fleming.
Police say Brockenbrough and Fleming knew each other, and that she was trying to rob him.
Detectives still ask anyone with any information about this crime to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word "ITip" followed by your tip. Both methods are anonymous.
