RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
The report card is out on Virginia roads, and it doesn't look pretty.
Virginia scored a D+ in a report just released by the American Society of Civil Engineers. The report found that nearly half of all Virginia roads are considered to be in poor condition.
The report found that it's also costing you big bucks. About $254 out of your paycheck every year in repair and operating costs.
