Two men and a teenager accused of holding a mother and her four kids at gunpoint while they robbed their Eastern Henrico home were sentenced Tuesday.
According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the 16-year-old was sentenced to 10 months for his role in using a sawed-off shotgun to commit the crime on Elderwood Drive.
According to Wednesday's paper, the judge called the sentence, "an embarrassment to the system."
The two adults were also sentenced this week.
