We've learned this overnight, after 500 parents signed an online petition against the idea. Despite, this news, the fight might not be over yet. We'll explain what this means for parents.
Also, some businesses bracing for a weekend without water. Water will be shut off for three hours on West Broad Street from Boulevard West to the 195 Overpass, and several blocks of Marshall Street and Roseneath Road. Utility crews are replacing old, underground water valves.
