RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
A 21-year-old man is clinging to life after being shot multiple times in Richmond Tuesday night.
His body was found just after 7:30 p.m. in an alley behind Oakwood Avenue. He is in surgery at VCU Medical Center.
Investigators are not sure who pulled the trigger.
