HANOVER, VA (WWBT) -
A group of neighbors in Hanover is concerned with proposed apartments in the county.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports about 100 people showed up to a meeting to let county leaders know that they don't want apartments going up in their Elmont neighborhoods.
An area of concern is a section of Washington Highway near Holly Hill Road and Cedar Lane.
The paper reports county leaders are still making adjustments to it's long-term growth plans.
