DINWIDDIE, VA (WWBT) -
The Chesterfield man accused of killing a state trooper on the job in Dinwiddie will be back in court today.
Right now, Russell Brown is charged with capital murder of a police officer and attempted capital murder.
Master Trooper J.A. Walker died at the scene.
Dinwiddie Sheriff's Deputies found the accused killer, naked and hiding in a car parked at a towing company in McKinney.
Brown's actions have raised a lot of questions about whether he's going to try the insanity plea.
