RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

A member of James Madison University's basketball men's team has been arrested.

The news of this arrest comes at a bad time for the school, as the team is scheduled to play in the NCAA Tournament this week.

Harrisonburg newspapers report senior Rayshawn Goins spent time in the Rockingham County Jail early Sunday morning. The sheriff tells the papers there that Goins faces charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.

The basketball team travels to Dayton, Ohio where they will play their first tournament game on Wednesday.
