RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Police arrest three people who are accused of attacking a man who they thought was treating his dog poorly.
Williamsburg Police say the three were assaulting a man they claimed was not treating his dog very well. All three of them have been charged with robbery, larceny of livestock and assault by mob.
The pet owner was not seriously hurt in the attack.
