COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA (WWBT) -
One of the suspects facing charges in a deadly mob attack is due in court in Colonial Heights.
Francis Blaha is expected in court Friday for a bond hearing. Blaha is the only suspect not facing first degree murder in the death of Rusty Mack.
We now know the name of the teenager charged in the case. The Commonwealth's Attorney's office tells us 18-year-old Margaret Dacey will be tried as an adult.
Dacey, Jonathan Guy and Mack's estranged wife Ashley Mack all face murder-by-mob charges.
