A teacher was removed from a Chesterfield middle school Tuesday after making comments that caused students to feel threatened.
Police won't say yet if extra security will be on hand at Matoaca Middle School going into Wednesday morning. They are saying they do not plan on charging this teacher with anything.
Going into Wednesday morning, people are still commenting online about what happened. Some students said they felt they were threatened by what this teacher said.
Chesterfield school leaders say this teacher won't be coming back until the investigation is complete, but they also say this all because of whatever this teacher allegedly said. That sparked school leaders to err on the side of caution when it comes to the safety of the students.
