Henrico Police are looking for a suspect who scammed an 86-year-old woman out of thousands of dollars.
Warrants are outstanding for 33-year-old Alicia Mae Tyler. She is wanted for grand larceny and obtaining money by false pretenses.
Police say Tyler convinced an 86-year-old woman, in the 5300 block of Windingbrook Road in Henrico, to write her a check for home improvements on December 21, 2012. The improvements were never started, but police say Tyler cashed the check anyway.
Tyler is described as a white female, 5' 7", and 150 pounds. Her last known address is on Burnt Tree Way in Madison, VA. She has been known to stay in hotels and motels in the Henrico and Richmond area.
