
Henrico's new County Manager is expected to present a budget at a meeting Tuesday night.
Leaders are trying to figure out how to handle a $18 million budget deficit.
Even though the measure died in the General Assembly, several county officials are still talking about how a meals tax might help close the budget gap.
Now other options are being considered, including reducing services and, possibly, increasing the real estate tax.
