CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -
A Chesterfield man accused of carrying a gun on school property is heading to court Tuesday.
Michael O'Berry's family says the father carries a gun for safety in his job as a pizza delivery driver. They said he came to pick up his sick child at A. M. Davis Elementary School and forgot the gun was on his hip.
O'Berry's been out on bond since his arrest.
