The third suspect in a violent robbery near VCU is off the streets and behind bars.
U.S. Marshals nabbed Shane Daggs in Hampton, but is still awaiting a transfer back to Richmond.
It was just before midnight on January 30 when police say Daggs and two others forced two people to the ground on West Marshall, then robbed them at gunpoint.
Not long after, Richmond Police arrested the other two suspects.
