A Henrico woman previously convicted of hit-and-run now finds herself in more trouble with the police.
Jessica McCauley is accused of stealing a car and driving without a license, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch. The paper reports State Police stopped McCauley at Brook and Parham roads this week. Police say that car she was caught driving was actually reported stolen in Hanover.
This is not the McCauley's first brush with the law. In 2011, she was involved in a hit-and-run accident on Bethlehem and Broad streets. She struck two cars before a good Samaritan tracked her down on Forest Avenue and followed her to her Monument Avenue home.
