RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
An accident involving four cars shut down one lane on I-64 east at Staples Mill Road Wednesday morning.
All lanes were reopened shortly as the accident was moved to the right shoulder. With the rain and snow in the area, drivers are advised to use caution on the roads.
