A Vermont Federal Court judge just sentenced Mennonite pastor Kenneth Miller to 27 months in prison for helping a woman flee the country last summer.
Rather than share custody of her daughter with her former lesbian partner, the woman and her daughter are believed to still be hiding in Nicaragua.
Pastor Miller remains free while he appeals the verdict.
