A Goochland mansion could transform into a wedding destination.
The 32,000 square feet home, off Manakin Road, could potentially serve as a banquet room named Dover Hall.
According to the Times-Dispatch, the owners of the English-Tudor manor are asking the county for a permit to host events in order to help pay for the cost of maintaining the property.
Some neighbors say they don't want business and more traffic in their backyards. There will be a public hearing before supervisors vote.
