A Virginia kindergarten teacher accused of a murder-for-hire plot is now trying to work with police.
According to our sister station in Roanoke, Angie Nolen has been suspended from her Franklin County teaching job, but police say she is now giving up her computer.
Police say there are notes on that computer that have her looking for a hitman to kill her ex-husband, but that hitman turned out to be an undercover officer.
The teacher could face a sentence of 5 to 40 years in prison if found guilty.
