New details on the Richmond school bus driver who claims he was attacked by several middle school students.
The Richmond Times Dispatch is reporting that the bus driver was fired about a month ago.
Now his lawyer is filing a complaint to get his job back.
News of his firing is a surprise to the bus driver because the Albert Hill Middle school students accused of attacking the driver haven't even gone on trial.
The paper reports that trial is scheduled to begin in April.
